VCU Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a Cardiac Monitor Tech to provide continuous observation, interpretation, documentation and communication of patient cardiac rhythms across pediatric to geriatric populations. You will prepare telemetry records and maintain a functioning telemetry system.

Under RN supervision, you will interpret rhythms, document findings and report urgent changes. The role requires flexibility to rotate through all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with schedules set

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year nursing/medical assistant experience with arrhythmia interpretation.
• AHA BLS HCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interpret, document and report cardiac rhythms under RN supervision.
• Maintain telemetry records and functioning telemetry system.
• Communicate findings promptly to care team.
• Rotate through shifts including weekends/holidays as required.
