Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a nurse leader to oversee operations and patient care within a designated department. You will provide direct nursing care as needed and act as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, assess care delivery, and perform delegated managerial duties, while ensuring quality patient care and effective collaboration with the team.
