Qualifications

• RN required at minimum licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Proficient with nursing care procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to achieve positive outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
