Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• ADN required; BSN within 5 years for hires after 2026.
• Current Kansas RN license (KS) or compact license.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies related to medication safety and order writing.
• Answers calls, triages patient care, and assesses patient needs.
• Coordinates health care services with hospital teams, vendors, and physician offices.
• Demonstrates leadership and mentors team members to maintain a supportive environment.
• Delivers direct nursing care including chemotherapy, blood components, fluids, and other prescribed oncology treatments, with patient education.
