Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 23-bed telemetry unit (4H) specializing in post-op CABG/predominant cardiac care. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and compassionate, patient-centered care.

The RN will perform rounds, assessments, treatments, and coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges while educating patients and families. Requirements include Kentucky RN licensure, a BSN/ADN, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• ADN holders with <10 years of experience must enroll in a bachelor's degree program within 12 months and achieve the degree within 5 years.
• Basic life support (BLS) required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training as required by the department.
