Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an experienced RN for Cardiac Telemetry 3 - Med Surg in a hospital setting. You will monitor cardiac patients, provide direct care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications within the required timeframes, and is prepared for rotating night shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• 1+ year RN inpatient experience required.
• Current Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS and NIHSS certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac patients and deliver direct patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
