Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Manager for Cardiac Telemetry to oversee the delivery of nursing care on a 24-hour basis. This daytime, Monday–Friday role emphasizes quality outcomes, staff engagement, and alignment with Mercy standards.

Education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with RN licensure in the state of practice and a minimum of three years of clinical experience. BSN or MASTER’s degrees are preferred. Proficient data analysis and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be proficient with a personal computer and able to analyze data from information systems.
• Three years of clinical experience minimum with demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population on a 24-hour basis.
• Lead unit-level professional practice environment aligned with Mercy vision and service lines.
• Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within departments.
• Promote quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and optimal resource utilization.
