Job summary

Mercy is seeking a patient‑focused nurse who will apply the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to deliver high‑quality care. You will coordinate with other departments, safeguard patient rights, and maintain confidentiality throughout all duties.

The role requires an RN license (state or compact) and BLS, with unit‑specific certifications possible. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and sustained standing/walking during shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program with ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Active RN license in hiring state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Possibility of unit-specific certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM).
• Physical ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs; stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities
