Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will maintain professional accountability and coordinate patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN) and an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, with BLS or equivalent certification required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or course completed within 30 days of hire.
• Other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities
