Qualifications

• RN with valid license and state practice standards.
• Cardiac telemetry knowledge and state requirements.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
