Job summary

Qualifications

• RN-related certifications required, including Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Demonstrated nursing competencies in telemetry/ cardiac care.
• Collaborative care with medical providers and care team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in medical records.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care; respond to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects and follow-up; translate medical terminology when needed.
