You will follow established nursing models and act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, contributing to outcomes and the future of nursing. You will assess patients on admission and each shift, administer medications, document care, educate families, and collaborate with providers to ensure safe, effective care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• RN degree (ASN/BSN/MSN) or Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses with proper documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
