Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program with focus on cardiac care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families, facilitate discharge planning, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
• Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment, and support safety policies.
