Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifespan using nursing processes (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, medications, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Care for cardiac patients including CHF, CAD, DKA and other conditions.
