Job summary

Atrium Health's Cardiac Telemetry Unit in Monroe, NC is seeking an experienced registered nurse for compassionate, evidence-based acute care of adults with cardiovascular conditions and strokes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, apply the nursing process, and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, BLS, RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocol.
