The Staff Pad is partnering with a regional health system in Wausau, WI to recruit RNs for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Step-Down Unit. You will deliver expert nursing care for patients with acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias, and post-procedure recovery, collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period), weekend commitments every 3rd, and holidays.

Competenze

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license.
Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Mansioni

Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity cardiac telemetry environment.
Continuously monitor patients and recognize changes in condition.
Use strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to respond to changes in patient status.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
