Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry and Complex Medical Unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Perform ongoing assessments and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Develop and update care goals with patients and families; coordinate interdisciplinary plans.
• Advocate for patients and ensure documentation of treatments and responses.
• Administer medications and therapies; document accurately.
• Participate in interdisciplinary evaluation of outcomes and quality improvement.
• Delegate tasks and serve as a resource for the care team.
