Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments
• Manage cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and outcomes
• Promote patient-family centered services and Shared Governance
• Succession planning and talent development to grow future nursing leaders
• Support staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients as needed
