Live Well Homecare is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, focusing on cardiac telemetry patients. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care while promoting patient-family centered approaches.

Ideal candidates hold a Nursing Diploma or ADN with an active RN license; a BSN and telemetry experience are preferred. No prior experience is required, though 2+ years is preferred for advanced roles.
