Dignity Health's St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to deliver high-quality care to adolescent through geriatric patients in a fast-paced unit.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology and emergency services. The role emphasizes precise assessment, timely interventions, and patient advocacy, with opportunities to grow expertise in specialized service lines and leadership

Formación

• RN with two (2) years of current acute care Med-Surg or Telemetry experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• One (1) year of Step Down level experience over Telemetry experience.
• Bachelors Of Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for telemetry patients.
• Assist in overseeing patient care administered by other nursing staff.
• Maintain a patient-first mindset with keen assessment and critical thinking.
• Document and report patient care according to hospital policy.
