Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Complete SEH/SEP ECG class and pass exam yearly minimum score of 85% and 100% on lethal arrhythmias.
• 1 year of applicable experience.
• Must be quick learner, adaptable, able to work in pressure situations.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records – (EPIC).

Aufgaben

• Monitor telemetry and interpret ECG rhythms for multiple patients.
• Oversee and communicate cardiac patterns on telemetric devices.
• Ensure complete and accurate information in the EHR.
• Document irregular rhythms and monitor changes in heartbeat.
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, support staff and management.
• Assist in orientation of new telemetry technician personnel.
