Pay:
- Hourly Pay: $29 - $43/hr (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$4.25/hr
- Weekends: +$3/hr
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
- 401(k) Match: 100% match on 3-9% of pay

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated
Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to provide top-tier care to cardiac and post-surgical patients in an acute care setting. You’ll monitor telemetry, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Available Shifts:
- Days (Rotating Weekends)
- Nights (Rotating Weekends, +$4.25/hr Differential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients
- Provide care to post-surgical and critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Important Notes:
- Must live within 60 minutes of the facility
- Day shift: 5:1 or 6:1 patient ratio
- Night shift: 6:1 patient ratio
- In-person interview required (includes shadowing, facility tour, admin interview)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 4 years)
- Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility
- BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS Certification (within 90 days of hire)
- RN candidates with 3+ years of experience and a compact license must apply for Florida RN license
