Memorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical, surgical, critical, and emergency care, including pediatric emergency services. It is an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and designated as an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital. Recently, it was accredited as a Lung Cancer Screening Center and has been Magnet recognized for nursing excellence since 2008.

Memorial Hospital Shiloh, with 94 beds and private suites, provides emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical, surgical, and critical care services. Four South provides Progressive Care with over 95% of patients requiring Telemetry monitoring, following established protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

1. Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management and post-treatment needs.
2. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and compliance. Engage in professional development.
3. Develop, implement, and document care plans collaboratively, ensuring communication across the continuum.
4. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
5. This is a safety-sensitive position; alertness and safe work practices are essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Experience: No experience required
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license
