Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) required.
• CNA Certification by the State of Pennsylvania or RN without a BSN Degree.
• BCLS certification preferred or required per unit policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care that is patient and family centered.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and hygiene.
• Maintain patient environment and room supplies; prepare discharge needs.
• Support teamwork through shift handoffs, safety protocols, and care delivery.
