Mercy seeks an experienced registered nurse to assist in planning, coordinating and evaluating operations and patient care in a designated department. The role includes serving as a clinical resource, acting as staff nurse as needed, and taking on delegated managerial duties as arranged with leadership.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, 2 years of patient care experience, BLS certification, and preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in hiring state and/or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS, NR P, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Act as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Perform duties in line with Mercy mission, values and standards.
