Baptist Health (Jacksonville) seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Heart 4 North Cardiac Surgical Progressive Care team in Downtown Jacksonville. This full-time day shift role (7a-7p) supports unit operations, staff guidance, and patient flow. A strong clinical resource with leadership skills is essential.

Requirements include 2 years of hospital nursing experience, an AS degree in Nursing, and current RN licensure with BLS and ACLS certifications. Sign-on bonus of $6000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Minimum 2 years hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager with unit/area operations.
• Collaborate with direct care staff to deliver quality patient care.
• Serve as clinical resource and support staff development.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge flow.
