Job summary

Shift is 12/36, with 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM hours; weekend rotations occur every other weekend. RN license, BLS, and recent nursing school graduation are required; new grads may qualify under program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and patient/family.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and effective communication within the care team.
• Support patient advocacy and education across care transitions.
