Qualifications

• Education and Training: Associate's degree in nursing required.

• Current NC RN licensure or Compact state licensure.
• Experience in ICU, cardiac, or post-operative nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient care needs and plan appropriate care.
• Utilize assessment data to organize and implement nursing care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Lead as charge nurse when assigned and maintain records of care.
