Job summary

Kaiser Permanente – Southern California Permanente Medical Group in Los Angeles area seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a high-performing, collaborative environment. The role integrates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiac care.

The program includes 4 dedicated cardiac surgery operating rooms, 24/7 in-house CTICU coverage, Magnet recognition, and a path to partnership after years of service.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac surgery cases as part of a high-volume program.
• Collaborate with dedicated cardiac anesthesia and nursing teams.
• Participate in growth of the cardiac surgery program and mentorship.

Job description

Salary Range: $786,375.00 to $1,031,895.00

Potential Premium Earnings: $199,800.00

• Salary range includes incentives that are contingent upon skills, competencies, longevity, experience and geographic location.
• The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification.
• Potential premium earnings may vary based on location.
• Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
