Qualifications

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for cardiac stress testing
  • Assess vital signs and establish IV access using aseptic technique
  • Set up and monitor 12-lead EKG stress tests, interpret rhythms, and manage accordingly
  • Prepare and administer pharmacological stress agents
  • Under physician supervision, initiate BCLS and ACLS protocols for patient management
  • Ensure patient safety and high-quality testing
  • Document test results and medical history accurately in EMR
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Travel to client sites as scheduled, transporting equipment and supplies following safety regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active license/certification as an EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant
  • Current competency in emergency care or paramedicine
  • Active ACLS and BLS certifications
  • At least 1 year of emergency care experience for EMT or Paramedic candidates
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment as part of a team
  • Valid Driver's License
Working Conditions
  • Work at outpatient centers, hospitals, clinics, with travel in all weather conditions
Physical Demands
  • Sitting for long periods, walking, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs
Occupational Exposure

Limited radiation exposure during procedures; use of protective equipment required; universal precautions observed.
