Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 4Main CV Stepdown unit. The role focuses on comprehensive patient care in a 24-bed unit, supporting cardiothoracic/vascular surgical patients and telemetry responsibilities.

Expect 3-12 hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays, with a sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants. The unit emphasizes safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a Magnet-designated environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• ACLS certification required/expected within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes.
• Help create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and clear communication.
