Southcoast Health is seeking an experienced RN for the CV Stepdown unit at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. This 20-bed unit cares for pre and post open heart surgical patients and other structural heart cases, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration among disciplines.

The role requires an accredited nursing education, MA RN licensure, and BLS certification. Vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 is required unless exempt.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• RN EXPERIENCE
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt by signing a statement if hired

Mansioni

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients and families on the unit.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
• Provide leadership by working collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team members.
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the assigned patient care unit.
