Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process accurately.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and coordinates patient care with consideration for age and cultural factors.
• Facilitates patient discharge through referrals and patient education resources.
• Performs duties in alignment with unit policies and PI/educational activities.
