Qualifications

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required). Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to perform assessments, prioritize care, and coordinate multidisciplinary activities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develops, coordinates, and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Educates patients and families, manages discharge planning, and evaluates intervention effectiveness.
Collaborates proactively with physicians and healthcare staff to meet patient needs.
Troubleshoots equipment issues and participates in evidence-based practice decisions.
Contributes to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based decision-making.
Acts with compassion, promotes safety, and aims to maximize patient satisfaction.
