Job summary

You will support patients recovering from complex cardiac surgeries, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year of nursing experience, an active MA RN license, and a commitment to day/night rotation, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor reactions.
• Record vital signs and clinical data.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to team.
• Coordinate care plans with healthcare professionals.
