Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Indiana or NLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ASN degree required; BSN preferred
• All nursing certifications and program graduation must meet unit policies

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
