Job summary

Advocate Health Care's Advocate Christ Medical Center - CSDU in IL seeks a registered nurse for the Cardiac Step Down Unit. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week with a night shift 7P–7A and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

BSN is required and IL RN license with certification in specialty when eligible. Responsibilities include providing direct and indirect patient care under supervision, collaborating with the nursing team to maintain high-quality care, and supporting patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Current IL RN license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Certification in your current area of specialty once meeting eligibility requirements.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts in order to accommodate staffing.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance; use of patient handling equipment for heavier lifts with others.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, renders nursing care to patients within the unit.
• Collaborates with registered nurses and multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
