Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle. The role involves providing clinical care as needed and communicating patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leaders.

The successful candidate will have Georgia RN licensure and BCLS, with ACLS and PALS certifications required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and additional specialty certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia required
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Advanced certification in specialty area may be required
• NRP / AWHONN fetal monitoring knowledge beneficial

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care across patient lifecycle during shift
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands
• Communicate patient care and staff concerns to leaders
• Serve as resource and guidance to staff
