HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Cardiac Step Down/Progressive Care RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a 12-hour Day shift setting. Competenze

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associates Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required.
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider is required - ok to be obtained within 30 days of transfer/hire.
• At least 6 months previous RN work experience required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cardiac Step Down/Progressive Care (PCU) Registered Nurse(RN) coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the Cardiac Step Down RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The Cardiac Step Down RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

This is a Full Time,Day Shiftposition. Shifts are 12 hours in length (approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Rotating Weekends and Holidays are required.
