Job summary

Southwell, Inc. in Tifton, GA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Step Down Unit at Tift Regional Medical Center. This full-time daytime role requires compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and the ability to respond promptly to emergencies.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, lead bedside shifts, participate in quality improvement, and support patient education while adhering to HIPAA and hospital policies. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and Georgia RN license.
• Experience in cardiac or step-down nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses health status and needs of assigned patients.
• Documents all care activities prior to shift end.
• Transcribes orders accurately and administers medications per plan.
• Provides patient education and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Maintains compliance with hospital safety and privacy policies.
