Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• 0–2 years nursing experience acceptable.
• ADN or BSN preferred; education and experience may be combined.
• Maintain licensure and mandatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy; monitor effects.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
