An established industry player is seeking a dedicated student worker to assist in the performance of echocardiograms. This role involves providing patient care, emotional support, and problem-solving under the supervision of a registered Echocardiographer. Under the direct, personal supervision of a registered Echo Cardiographer, the student worker assists in the performance of high-quality sonographic images/exams.

Additional Position Requirements:
Individual shift rotation and schedules will be established with your Supervisor and/or Manager. Schedules, including requirements of shift rotations and hours of work may be adjusted as necessary to meet department needs. Day shift availability is expected.
Employment Qualifications
Required Education:
A student that is currently enrolled and actively completing a School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Student actively enrolled in a cardiac sonography/cardiovascular sonography program at an academic institution, or a recent (6-months) graduate of a cardiac/cardiovascular sonography program who has not yet obtained credentials in cardiac sonography.
Licensing/ Certification
Licensure/Certification Required:
CPR - Basic Life Support
Working Conditions
Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. General office environment. May be exposed to physical altercations and verbal abuse. May be required to use physical restraints.
