Job summary

Mayo Clinic Health System Eau Claire campus seeks a Cardiac Sonographer to join our Echo department. You will perform comprehensive echocardiographic studies and collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure accurate, high-quality imaging across adult and, when needed, pediatric populations.

Requirements include an Associates degree or a CAAHEP-accredited program, RDCS/RCS eligibility, BLS, and a valid Minnesota or Wisconsin driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited sonography program.
• Knowledge of cardiac pathophysiology and diagnostic procedures.
• Experience with outreach services is helpful.
• Proven ability to work with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete echocardiographic studies integrating all imaging modalities.
• Document data accurately using the Echo Information Management System.
• Collaborate with physicians and senior sonographers to interpret findings.
• Support in orientation and education of trainees and visitors.
