Medical Solutions Direct Hire seeks a Cardiac Sonographer in Creve Coeur, IL for a full-time, permanent staff role. You will perform echocardiograms, optimize imaging, and collaborate with the clinical team to support accurate diagnostics.

Qualifications include completion of an accredited sonography program, ARDMS/RCS registry or eligibility, and BLS certification, along with strong interpersonal and technical skills for patient-centered care.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography program or equivalent clinical experience.
• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) registry required or registry-eligible with ability to obtain within established timeframes.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform transthoracic, stress, and transesophageal echocardiograms when applicable.
• Optimize imaging quality and ensure accurate measurements and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to support timely cardiac diagnostics.
• Maintain complete records, preliminary findings, and digital imaging data.
• Operate equipment safely per ALARA guidelines and protocols.
• Provide clear communication and compassionate patient care during procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement, competency verification, and ongoing education.
