Job summary

Mid Coast Hospital in Maine is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer I to perform basic echocardiograms under supervision, assist with patient preparation, and help maintain equipment and records.

This is a full-time, day-shift role offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Requirements include ARDMS or CCI certification within one year and BLS within 30 days; NH licensure may be required for New Hampshire postings. Pay ranges from $37.09 to $50.17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Sonography or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• ARDMS or CCI certification required within one year of start date; BLS required or obtained within 30 days.
• No prior experience required; NH licensure may apply for NH postings.

• Performs basic echocardiograms under supervision.
