Job summary

Beth Israel facility in Massachusetts seeks a Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiographer for a Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p schedule. Performs echocardiograms and related imaging as per protocol. Requires RDCS/ARDMS credentials and active MA license, with BLS and vaccines up to date. Not accepting local candidates for this position.

Candidate must hold an allied health degree (Assoc or Bachelors preferred) and be able to place IVs for contrast administration per imaging protocol.

Qualifications

• Active MA license required at submission.
• BLS required.
• COVID vaccines + booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at submission.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms including diagnostic m-mode, 2D, spectral Doppler, color Doppler, and stress echocardiograms.

Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiographer - Monday-Friday 8:30a-5pm - 40 hours/week Facility is not accepting local candidates. Types of echocardiogram diagnostic tests: diagnostic m-mode, two-dimensional, spectral doppler, color doppler, and exercise/pharmacological stress echocardiograms Ability to place and remove peripheral IV to administrate contrast agency or agitated saline when criteria for imaging use are met via echocardiogram protocol. Required Licenses: RDCS, ARDMS, BCLS, Associate or Bachelor's degree in allied health preferred. BLS Required BILH Coversheet Required COVID Vaccines + Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). Active MA license required at time of submissions Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
