Job summary

K.A. Recruiting, Inc. partners with a community hospital in central Vermont to fill a Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist role.

This full-time, permanent daytime position offers 8:00am-4:30pm shifts, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to apply advanced ultrasound techniques. Eligible candidates should graduate from an AMA-accredited program, have BLS, and pursue ARDMS/RDCS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an AMA-accredited educational program for Diagnostic Sonography or equivalent.
• Prior experience preferred.
• BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
• RDCS or RCS or ARDMS (AE) preferred, or registry eligible within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques for medical diagnosis.
• Produces and evaluates ultrasound images and related data.
• Acquires and maintains specialized technical skills and medical knowledge to render quality patient care.
