Connections Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a healthcare facility in Western Colorado for a Cardiac Sonographer/Echo Tech. The role is a Day shift and requires RDCS or RCS registration. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will perform transthoracic and other echocardiographic studies, optimizing modalities to deliver high-quality exams. On-hire BLS is required; ACLS preferred. A one-year experience is preferred though not mandatory.

Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS registration is required.
• BLS certification on hire; ACLS preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic, exercise stress, dobutamine echocardiograms and vascular studies.
• Optimize imaging to produce comprehensive tests for physician interpretation.
• Ensure accurate recording of results and data.

Job description

Our client, a healthcare facility located in Western Colorado, near Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, has a need for a Cardiac Sonographer/Echo Tech to join their team. This is a Day shift position. Candidates MUST be RDCS or RCS registered already.

They are offering a $15,000 sign on bonus!

The Cardiac Sonographer should be able to perform a variety of transthoracic, exercise stress, dobutamine echocardiogram, carotid, venous, and arterial studies within the laboratory. Optimize all available imaging modalities to acquire a comprehensive test to the standards of the organization. Performs quality exams for interpretation by a physician to assure results and data are precisely and correctly recorded.

QUALIFICATIONS

• RDCS or RCS registered.


• BLS certified on hire; ACLS preferred.


• Prefer one-year experience but not mandatory.
