Qualificações

• Education: Completion of two/three years of occupationally specific education beyond high school in radiologic technology, sonography, or related fields.
• Licensure: ARRT, ARDMS, RDCS, RCVT, RVT or equivalent certification; registry eligible with status within 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Completes patient charts prior to procedures and reviews prior imaging as needed.
• Explains diagnostic procedures and answers patient questions before testing.
• Measures and records heart structures and assists during procedures as required.
• Document patient history and medications in the chart.
