Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA is seeking a seasoned administrator to oversee the Cath Lab, Admit Recovery, Cardiac Rehab, and CV Imaging departments. The role drives operational excellence, quality of care, and a patient-centered environment.

You will lead staffing, performance metrics, and change initiatives while supporting cardiovascular teams across age groups. A strong clinical background and proven management experience are essential for advancing the hospital's mission.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or the equivalent required in area of specialty.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years clinical experience in required field.
• 3 years management or supervisory experience.
• Current licensure/certification in required profession (RN, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc) Upon Hire.
• BLS - Basic Life Support Required.
• ACLS Required.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position.
• Serves as part of a collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of PHC.
• Assists in staffing as necessary and is able to provide cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.
